From the first moment I booked my 1st appointment I’ve been pleased by such amazing customer service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacist took plenty of time to explain each type of cannabis, their effects on the body and mind, and even gave me personal recommendations to ease my ailments. I’d highly recommend Utah Cana for all your cannabis needs.

Incredibly streamlined and easy! Every step was detailed and clearly outlined and my appointment was handled on time, which was appreciated. I felt like I understood the entire process, was given plenty of chances to ask any questions I had, and left feeling like I understood everything. Highly recommend!

Admittedly I was a pill (I had a bad experience with a previous company and was assuming the worst.) The staff dealt with my sassiness with compassion and ease. They really care about their patients and do what’s needed for a smooth experience. Will be back!

My provider was no longer at the company that I used for my medical card - so I was in a time crunch to renew. The closest in-person provider is three hours away. Utah Canna helped me out and even let me schedule on a Sunday. It was so easy and convenient! The call was less than 5 minutes. It was great - I will continue to use this company for all my renewals.

Brooke and the other lady are the best people ever. Very helpful and ensure that you have a quick visit. However they don’t give a year for your card and they also charge $200 where as other places are charging less and give you your card for a year. Still really good experience tho!
