Brooke and the other lady are the best people ever. Very helpful and ensure that you have a quick visit. However they don’t give a year for your card and they also charge $200 where as other places are charging less and give you your card for a year. Still really good experience tho!
Very good service all around I renewed with them twice now. I had no issues at all everything was smooth everybody was very respectful and helpful. I did run into one minor issue which was a miscommunication and to my surprise the actual owner of the company reached out to me personally and made sure that whatever was going on was made right 100%. Signing in online, communication and the ease of signing in at the office were all seamless. UtahCana staff were friendly and professional. I felt totally comfortable with this entire experience.
I was very pleased with how easy the ladies made the process . They are very clean and professional people . Pleasant atmosphere very well educated to answer any questions I had .
The whole process of getting my medical card was extremely fast and easy. Everyone was incredibly helpful, even when I texted the helpline with questions. I will definitely be coming back to Utah Canna to get my card renewed!
