I was seen in May by Dr.Aucoin because I had taken a fall down 4 steps back on February 11,2025 & thought nothing of it!It progressed into ear pressure & a headache!I went to the hospital ER & was seen by a Dr.there!I was seen by a nurse practitioner at my Dr.'s office & she ordered a CT Scan for me!I had to have a MRI/CT Scan done & at my appointment on September 9,2025,I was told that I needed surgery on my neck!I got to pick the date for the surgery & then I was called with the time of my surgery!I put my trust in Dr.Auco... read more
Really wish I could give no stars. My husband had his third appointment here and I’ve been to 2. The bedside manner of every single person I encountered was terrible. We got a second opinion after Randy told us there was nothing we could do for my husband but symptom management and that was completely false. He made an already hard time getting some bad news worse. When we came in for his steroid shot we were not told beforehand that we couldn’t have our small child with us. I was here a few weeks ago to see a Dr.Aucoin in regards to a brain bleed or a subdural hematoma!They waited for me to get my paperwork filled out & was then taken back to be seen by the Dr.!My CT Scan was pulled up & was shown & I was told by the Dr.that I might need brain surgery!The Dr.was great with his bedside manner & was very honest with me!If you need to see a Dr.that's honest as well as great with his patients,come here!You won't be steered wrong!
Never said anything about co pay has to be paid at time of visit or they will turn you away. Then when I could only pay half another employee said the first time they don’t have to pay. So now they refund my money but now I don’t have money to pick up the prescription they sent over. They don’t really care how much pain you’re in your just a number an a dollar sign. If you want real help don’t go with Ogden clinic do Layton!
Dr. Bangerter is amazing! He performed a disc replacement in my neck back in 2017, and a spinal fusion a month ago (May 2024). He is very informative. He took his time answering every question I have. Never once making me feel like he was rushed and just wanted me out of his office. His CMA Teresa is just as great. Every email and every phone call was returned very quickly.
