I had this company dispatched to me thru a dispatcher. The pick up process was easy and nice, its when I went to get the vehicle from the pick up location this is when everything has gone downhill. They told me that the ONLY KEY I had been broken in the ignition and I couldn't pick it up on the time I had agreed upon originally. DO NOT use this company! This company was booked through a broker for me and was an absolute nightmare! The dispatch staff cursed and taunted me over the phone, threatened and cursed, pretended to not speak English, hung up on, transferred calls over and over for fun, dodged calls, threatened to not deliver my car, promised delivery times and dates that where not honored. Grossly over paid for promise of early delivery that never happened left window open on car in snow storm, mud all over head liner and carpets. Left key in... read more

Liars and con men, they constantly lie about delivery times and are impossible to contact on the weekend
as far as Transportation goes Not a Bad Company but if you want to work for them do not do it especially owner-operators they will rob you the owner is Jay and once he owes you money and don't want to pay you he will block you
Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lost 2018 Jeep wrangler been in transit for 10 days. UZ Auto stopped picking up their phone 4 days ago. Their driver Muhammadu has told multiple lies about why he is late. Driver ph #323-445-4222. I have been brokering auto transport for over a decade, and I am here to tell you that UZ Auto Trans has changed! Used to be a good company- now they wont even return a phone call.
The worst auto transportation ever. The car is not delivered on the same day as stated in the contract. The driver (James Bagley) is very irresponsible in answering your phone, keep delaying the delivery date. You will not get any update on the time arrival after several time calling the driver. Worst Service with high risk if choosing this company.

Took many attempts to arrange my vehicle to be picked up. Not well organized and not flexible. I was given no advanced notice and I was expected to move my schedule around to accommodate them. (Three different times and almost a fourth) which in turn left me without a vehicle over Memorial Day weekend; thus I had to cancel my plans to Dallas. Not a happy customer.
