Going down the interstate and a driver with a loaded trailer of cars tried passing me and my husband in a construction-zone!! Called the company and they weren’t to concerned about it. He actually replied with he must of been in a hurry...
This business is a total scam y'all. A whole bunch of lairs, they will tell you two days then will not communicate and two days turns into over two weeks. I don't even know how they are still in business.
Terrible, terrible terrible!!! I was told the driver would call me before picking up my vehicle - no call. They were suppose to pick it up last Saturday, but picked up on Friday, a day early - great. Well my vehicle was projected to arrive on Tuesday. Well the driver never showed or called. I had to call and the rude employee told me my vehicle will be delivered Thursday (today). Horrible communication between transporter, broker and us. Our vehicle got delivered but took 2 weeks after we were told it would be picked up on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Our vehicle didn't get loaded til Saturday morning. Watching the way the driver handled the other vehicles on the trailer as he unloaded and loaded them back on the trailer would have anyone upset.
