I was hopeful they would help me through the claims process but the utter incompetence from my “battle buddy” case manager, my claim was denied and I have received nothing from the VA. This was months ago, but after notifying them I no longer wanted to work with them and asking to close my case, they said I would need to provide the denial letter for my claim from the VA. I did. They are harassing me about a claim, which they did not help me with and is asking me to pay an invoice for something that they have not assisted me with. I call them every week and they say that they are going to have invoicing team will get back with me, but no one has. I typically don’t leave reviews but I cannot let any other veteran be fooled by this “company” they’re just a fraud. Just do it yourself. There’s plenty of organizations that’ll help you for free. There’s also your local VSO. This company just rips you off and gives false promises to veterans who don’t know better. They don’t do anything you can’t do. These guys are the biggest scam every! They took over a company called Vet Comp and Pen who was absolutely amazing! They actually cared about their customers and were doing something amazing for veterans. These people here can’t return a phone call, put you on hold for hours, and just won’t help you. I do not recommend this company and ask all vets to not do business here. If you are a retired vet with a current disability and looking for help to increase your deserved disability above 50% this company is not the right choice. This company will charge you like you have 0%. Pay attention to G4 of the contract which deals with concurrent receipt.
