Excellent customer service at the Epping branch, Eric took the time to understand where we were coming from after our 20+ year old vacuum died a slow death. We zeroed in on a vacuum that worked for us, which was pet and allergy friendly and in budget. There was some upselling, but he was not too pushy about it.

Could not get vacuum bags for my vacuum. Tried several stores and was told could not get until January. Rang Vacum direct in High St Lalor. Was told that they would try. 2 calls later was told that the bags would be in today. Third call was that the bags were in the shop. This was all before1pm. I call that REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We'll done and thank you.

Absolutely seamless service. Problem solved in what felt like less than five minutes with an old vacuum. Really friendly and honest communication. I think his name was Micheal ? Sorry if this detail is incorrect. Thank you very much

Just Godfrey's branded under a different business name. They don't honour their warranties and make a hard time with every interaction highly don't recommend.

Allowed the salesman to talk me into buying a Sauber Smart bagless vacuum, was a big mistake, I loathe using it. Had a Miele previously, great cleaner. The Sauber keeps getting blocked and the tube that is blocked is really inaccessible. Hope it blows up so I get a Miele again,
