I have been going to VacDirect for 15 years, ever since they were Godfrey's. The customer service is always excellent and I love that they offer service and repairs which is something you dont get most places. Highly recommend.

Biggest mistake I have ever done. Bought a $2500 Narwal freo ultra 10. Used it for a few months. Now 6 months later stuck with a vacuum that’s not working. Returned it to retailer and got it back with no fix. Than I sent it myself to the manufacturer by post myself. Problem is worse now. Tried everything. I should’ve listened to my wife and gone to Harvey Norman. I’m stuck here now with a $2500 vacuum and I think they are just waiting for the warranty to run out. Excellent customer service at the Epping branch, Eric took the time to understand where we were coming from after our 20+ year old vacuum died a slow death. We zeroed in on a vacuum that worked for us, which was pet and allergy friendly and in budget. There was some upselling, but he was not too pushy about it.

Could not get vacuum bags for my vacuum. Tried several stores and was told could not get until January. Rang Vacum direct in High St Lalor. Was told that they would try. 2 calls later was told that the bags would be in today. Third call was that the bags were in the shop. This was all before1pm. I call that REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We'll done and thank you.

Just Godfrey's branded under a different business name. They don't honour their warranties and make a hard time with every interaction highly don't recommend.
