Will recommend to anyone who is looking to buy their first home. When I called to Valdemar to see if I could get pre-approved to buy a home in less than 10 min he just did it. Took some documents to him on the next day and after that I was already on the search for our new home!! It literally took from the approval to the closing day 30 days only.
