The facility was clean, safe and most important secure. I had a good experience with the customer service team. They were knowledgeable and prompt.
Paid our account. Was still overlocked 2 weeks after payment was made. Management tried to tell me it was my responsibility to contact them to have them remove the lock. So even though account was current, access to the until was denied.
This is the highest level of helpful, courteous, customer service I've ever experienced. Clean , spacious, affordable storage with on site management, maintenance, and reliable security 24/7. I highly recommend Valencia Storage to everyone who is in need of extra storage for themselves/their loved ones/etc..God Bless everyone.Amen
I love the storage most of all of any other storage I have been at the storage for 18 years already I rent three big storages from them and I love this place it's the most safest quietest respectful place I've ever known
Was called out to do a job. A nice quiet lot was clean .no dogs or kids running everywhere.
