We chose this provider to help with med management for a family member who needed a provider based in GA. and it's been bad since day 1. Every time we ended with RX's called in incorreclty (dosing, type, etc.), slow to respond, etc. On clinical calls, she was often distracted, taking personal calls, and generally not aware of the full situation nor making recommendations to make things better.
Valentina listen to me on how to proceed with medication. She informed me on a couple of options. I highly recommend her.
Worst psychiatry experience of my life. Unprofessional, disorganized, attempted to prescribe me multiple unnecessary and one potentially addictive medications. She called me the wrong name, had zero of the patient files I provided her, initially denied the medication plan I've been on for 3 years (prescribed to me by a Lifestance therapist in another state) and then, after agreeing to continue that medication course, didn't get the medication prescribed for TEN days after our first appointment.
