Today 12/4 was my first visit in the new location. Tina was my hygienist and she was absolutely wonderful. I didn't feel as if I'd just visited the dentist office for a cleaning. She's girl going forward! I've never been so excited to say I've had my teeth cleaned today😂. Great service!!
For a year, I couldn't eat on the left side while under the care of a different dentist. They told me I may never be able to and would have to live with the discomfort. Not under Dr. Waddell and her team! She fixed me up with a root canal and crown and it was one of my best dental experiences. I have major dental anxiety and they were calming and caring throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!!
Dr Waddell and her staff were professional, kind and courteous. I generally have high anxiety whenever I go to the dentist so I stopped going for a long while. Today, in spite of everything that I was feeling, I went to Dr Waddells office and I’m so glad that I did! Excellent customer service!!! From setting up my initial appointment and the moment I walked into the establishment. Vanessa and Melissa are fantastic; they made me feel welcome. Dr. Waddell is one of a kind. She was very truthful about the procedure that I need. The front desk staff, hygienist, and office vibe made me feel at home.
I genuinely love this entire dentist office. Dr Waddell is so patient and caring. I am the biggest baby when it come to the dentist but she made me feel comfortable and helped me calm down. Her assistant Dolcy was just as patient with me. She had to keep taking X-rays but not once complained. Her secretary was just as sweet and kind when I came in and when I checked out.
