Understaffed… not the nurses fault. All nurses are wonderful and working very hard. The practice manager (or whomever is making decisions regarding staffing and refuses to hire more help) should be held accountable. Really would pick another practice if the location wasn’t as convenient for allergy shots on a regular basis. Their hours for allergy shots are not very suitable for working families with children. What a positive experience meeting with Karen today. I was heard and listened to for the first time in two weeks since I developed breathing problems from the flu. I'm so glad I called today!

Great staff. Quick service. Always helpful over the phone. Any under staffing issues is due to the work shortage that the whole Country is going through as of the time I post this review. Staff shortages in business establishments is primarily not the managments fault and should not be blamed on management. If they could hire more people they would. I recommend this location for allergy related issues.
