Great service. I needed to have several labs in the outpatient lab. The phlebotomists are always great and courteous and very skilled. Lab is a great operation where I will always do my labs there.

We are frequent flyers at VB Medical Center in Brownsville. I would say at least once a year someone in my family checks in! As usual our experience this week was A+. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The ER visit was quick and efficient. It’s never fun to have an extended stay in a hospital but VB staff goes out of there way to make it as comfortable as possible.

Not a single complaint, was in for da Vinci procedure(day surgery)Everyone from the front door when i arrived(6:30am)to the one who got me to car for ride back home(7:00pm) were nice, professional and helpful, very thankful to all who cared for and or had contact with me. The registration the day before was a bit lengthy but went smoothly also. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful with ALL the staff from Valley Baptist. They made us feel at home. They showed us the way every single time we asked. Most importantly they helped my mom get better after a week in ICU. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my mom and for my family. Special thanks to all the Neuro/Trauma nurses for taking excellent care of my mom. Thank you Dr. Hassan for operating my mom ASAP. And thank you for comforting us when times seemed to get hard. I wanna thank Valley Baptist Staff Doctors and Nurses for taking good care of me, I suffered bad syncope and dehydration and there ER staff very attentive and caring!!! Super friendly staff also the nurse who did my IV i never had one and it went smoothly for my first time, did not hurt at all!!! Thank you once again Valley Baptist, don’t ever change!!!! ��
