I absolutely hated it there, most of the staff just ignore you and they do nothing to help. The first few days I was there I didn't eat anything at all and didn't care to make my daily phone call, (they only give you like 7 minutes to talk anyway.) I feel like they should sort which unit, or whatever it's called, based on behavior instead of age.

The food sucks most of the staff suck the last time I was there we got the whole place locked down because kids were fighting with eachother and they tried as little as possible to help our of the patients was calm an everything & they still gave her the shot. We got nothing to do for hours to come and if you talk to someone for so long they think your dating. Linda,who works the front desk is probably one of the worst employees I have ever seen. I know you have to be tough to work there, but she has no compassion or patience towards the people coming there. I've witnessed her behavior speaking to staff members be so sweet and caring, then turn right around to treating patients rudely, I'd rather drive an hour away to get help, then have to deal with her. Please do something about it

My child is currently receiving treatment here. I cannot give a true review as of yet but will follow up with an honest, unfiltered review as soon as she returns home. UPDATE: I discharged my child tonight. It was brought to my attention that overcrowding is occuring and questionable individuals have arrived. Having young girls mixed with men is hardly appropriate considering. I had went here about like 6 or 7 months ago and at first it was all fine until they decided to move me to the unit with teens because I was apparently flirting with another patient. When they moved me to the other unit I had got touched by 3 guys and the staff had talked bad about me. There was only a few staff that were good to me and 2 of them were Ms.K and Kyle but I can’t remember the last one
