Months later they sent a bill of almost $2000. I called to see what was going on with that. They said that the $890 was just an estimate and that I owed the remaining balance. My daughter was recently admitted to Valley because of a suicide attempt. During the intake process we were told that we could come get our daughter at any time. My daughter was in the facility for 5 days. The facility did not do anything for her in that time. She felt worse than she did when she was admitted. The therapist that was assigned to my daughter set up an over the phone appointment with us as a family therapy session. ummm.. im sure they deleted my review. i was sent here on my 11th birthday, 2024, for suicidal ideation and self harm, only to be treated worse, staff members will push your boundaries. theyre psychically, sexually, and verbally abusive, im calling out ms amber, ms savannah and mr jacob. i hope these people never have a chance to work in healthcare again, especially with kids. ms savanna put me in a seclusion room because i said i felt like i was being touched in my sleep by another staff member i cannot remember of. ms r... read more
I thought to leave a review, I was there years ago. Maybe like 2? But I'll let you know it was the worst. They let kids get into a LOT of fights, I was in the unit and these two guy were sitting up a fight, I went to grab paper from the nurse station, and they just started going at it. They were hitting each other and I was standing in the middle, getting hit too.
