I recently had a root canal at Dentist Office -Dr Shin at BriarCliff Manor NY- and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Shin is the only doctor who found out why the tooth kept having infection. She is knowledgeable and patient. She spent time to listen to the problems and came up with the best plan. She saved my mom’s tooth! I feel so lucky to have her as our Endodontist! Staff are great too. Thank you so much!
Staff is very professional and polite, Doctor did a great job with a complex root canal, now scheduled for the next tooth root canal. The new facility is beautiful, clean and feels great!
I had been trying to manage dental nerve pain for a very long time. I had even been put on medications to help control the pain, but nothing seemed to ever really help. Dr Gortler was excellent. Very professional and friendly, she explained every step of the way and checked in on my comfort. I also noted that she treated her staff as respectfully as she treated me. I cant say that having root canal was a pleasure :) but working with her was.
