Dr. Shin and the team at Valley are great! She talked me through everything beforehand and really took her time to make sure my challenging procedure was done correctly. No rushing anything. A true pro. On top of that they have a nice new office and very helpful and friendly team. One staff member even went out of her way to help me understand my own new dental insurance policy. Talk about going above and beyond...
Great!! THE truth is Dr Shon was really really wonderful in every single way.... Professional, kind, funny yet outstanding in all procedures (2 root canals on 1 day....a LOT...but she made it as pleasant as this difficult work could possibly be! I.would certainly recommend her to all family and friends!
Dr. Shin is a gifted Endodontics. She has completed two root canals on me with compassion and wonderful chair side manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Shin, you will not be disappointed!
Dr. Shin was wonderful! Very friendly, and attentive during entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable, and not in pain during the entire process. Her office staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the office to anyone!
Dr Castro was friendly, confident, and her treatment was painless and effective. When I arrived for my initial visit I was in extreme pain due to an infected molar, and she was very empathetic and clear about what needed to be done. I highly recommend her for any root canal.
