Office was very accommodating, booking me an appointment next day after having severe issues with my tooth. Entire staff was very welcoming and helpful with insurance questions, letters for insurance, etc. Dr Gortler performed the procedure. Her bedside manners were great, making sure to explain the whole process and make me comfortable. Very nice and personable and while I hope I don’t have to go back, in the event that I do, this is the place to go. Thank you for everything!
I just had a front tooth root canal by Dr Gortler and to say she was amazing is an understatement. I was very concerned that she complete the procedure without having to replace the front crown. Dr Gortler performed the procedure without complications, explained each step and through it all was understanding, compassionate, kind and warm. This was a 100% successful process. While I hope not to need root canal in the future, without any reservations, Dr Gortler would be my go to person!!

I saw Dr. Gortler for a difficult front-tooth root canal after my general dentist was unable to complete it. From the start, Dr. Gortler was kind, compassionate, and genuinely friendly, with a level of bedside manner you rarely see among medical professionals today. Such a relief to find such compassionate and skilled professionals who took such good care of me. I had a terribly painful tooth and needed an emergency root canal and they fit me in at the end of the day so that I wouldn't have to wait in pain. Dr. Shin was absolutely fantastic and I was pain free almost immediately. I am so grateful for Dr. Shin's skill and care.
