I had my Routine I exam today. The doctor and front desk ladies were pleasant. However, I was thoroughly appalled with the lady with whom you order glasses with. Her name was Lauren. I felt she had no Genuine interest in helping me. Every time I’d ask a question it was clear she was annoyed with me with her “Whimsical” snotty answers. I’ve been going to valley eye associates roughly 8-10 years. I Previously had all good experiences. I hope I don’t have to deal with Lauren again. Shame on valley eye for employing such a lady.
