I don’t remember the Drs name but keep in mind eye appointments are my biggest fear. Dentists and regular Drs don’t bother me any. I just wish the eye Dr would’ve told me what he was doing as he did it rather than just pull my eyelids down and up and all the things they have to do. He just did it. He didn’t ask if I was ready for the eye drops he just did it. Over all it was fine I just prefer more communication. My first visit was not good. I finally decided to call for help. I called the Appleton north location and the experience was THE BEST! Wish I remembered her name - she listened and made certain she understood my concerns. She promised to have a resolution in 24 hours. The next morning I received a call, she provided me names of 2 providers that would be better fit for me and got me scheduled for the 2 needed appointments - both within 2 weeks. I had the first one yesterday - great experience!
I was leaving on a vacation and had a very bad headache for awhile. I was trying to check all my boxes on what could be causing them. They were able to fit me in with Dr. Delwiche. He asked many questions and did a thorough exam. Highly recommend Valley Eye
I believe the service I was provided was excellent, the level of care was quite good. On the other hand I ended up having three appointments within 30 days that I feel in hindsight could have been condensed to 2- resulting in a significant cost savings to me. I have expressed my concern to the company and while I felt heard their response was essentially “I’m sorry you feel that way”.
My visit to your Oshkosh office was exceptionally pleasant. From the receptionist to the assistant , Leah to the optometrist, Dean. Each was very welcoming, professional and made me feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
