Best care ever and very grateful to have this team of wonderful doctor caring for me! They helped me through the worse times of my life and made it so easy to get an appointments and have Dr Vrabec come in for ever appointment to make sure my cornea is getting better! Thank you again for helping me through this difficult time and ensuring I got the best care!!
I am an older adult whio has gone through more than a couple of surgeries, but doing the cataract surgery made me more than a little nervous. The staff at Valley Eye/Pinnacle surgery center was great. They explained things well and let you know what to wexpect before they did something. Dr. Vrabec is first class. I would recommend him to anyone!
Appointment on time. Staff was caring and took time to answer all my questions. Handouts were very well prepared and very detailed explaining what I would be experiencing. A great sense of urgency and resolve was displayed 👍. Now, I hope there is another Survey after my surgery.
The staff was very thorough in their explanation of my case and made sure I understood every option completely. They were also very friendly, and relaxed, which made it easier to ask questions.
