I had an excellent experience with my EVO ICL surgery. From the initial consultation to the surgery day, everything was clearly explained in a way I could easily understand. The entire staff was extremely kind and professional, especially at the surgery center. Dr. Phil Smith was very friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining the procedure, and he personally performed my surgery. Five months later, I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend this experience to anyone considering EVO ICL.
They are always very professional and thorough. I was referred there and the information sent to them was wrong. The Dr did a full examination, ensured that every thing was okay, answered all my questions and added his insights to ensure I understood everything. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations and I’ve been to 3!
The staff was excellent: and I was treated with courtesy and respect in every step of my pre- cataract evaluation. Dr Ross Jensen covered all facets of the entire procedure. One area needs improvement and that is in providing directions on finding the actual cataract surgery location. All paperwork indicates Valley Eye clinic. Most times everything is great! But tmy last appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the appointment! I drove all the way in from park falls wi to get to an appointment at 8:15 and they canceled my appointment at 8:00 just as I was reaching for the door handle on my truck to go in!!! Not good!!!!!!
Everyone in the clinic was very professional and caring. They all knew and did their job thoroughly. When I arrived I had so many questions and concerns about my upcoming procedure. They addressed them all and I left so much less nervous and anxious. I would definitely recommend Valley Eye for any vision needs.
