Wow! We had no idea that the ceramic coating would make the truck look better than it did the day we bought it! The paint looks like glass and feels just as good. We were hesitant to add the ceramic coating at time of purchase but the finance manager cut us a deal and was pretty convincing (have never purchased add ons before until this). Not only does my wife's truck look great, its a piece of mind that the top clear coat has some extra protection to deal with the High Desert sun/heat/winds. I have no complaints about my visit. I usually drop my car off and go back home, but this was the first time actually staying and waiting. It was smooth my wait wasn't too long + I brought my book. I was updated along the way. I will be staying again next visit!
A+++++ Valley Hi Toyota was worth the 80 mile drive!!! I took my 2024 4runner in for a ceramic clear coat and included in that they did a full detail. Most of the Toyota dealerships in Orange County or Los Angeles don't even do clear ceramic coat. The car was 10 times better when i picked it up than when I brought it in. I'm usually satisfied, but my last routine maintenance took over two and a half hours. No one seemed eager to help and the staff seemed lazy. When I inquired why it was taking unusually longer than expected, the service clerk had my paperwork on his desk. No one was at the outside podium to hand me my keys, and I waited an additional ten minutes until a service technician was able to get my keys out of the locker, which wasn't even secure. My service advisor Jose Garcia was the definition of customer service. Not only did he make sure all my repair concerns were addressed but the guy was pure personality. My next service I will be requesting him for my advisor (idk if I can but ima try 😁) Oh and my truck was serviced top notch and for less than what other shops would’ve charged. Idky people don’t go to the specialist at the dealership. Service, experience, and Toyota parts all for a lower price than even Valvoline is a deal you can’t take advantage of
