Today’s experience was very pleasant. I always bring my car for service. Normally I wait and it takes about 2+ hours but today was very fast only 1 hour. Everyone is always helpful here and the place is very clean and they have alot of comfortable seating. Also they have complementary coffee and water. And a small kids room For the kids to play. Over all I would recommend it!
I had major maintenance service on my 2017 Camry today. It took three and a half hours but, I expected it would. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and specialty drinks, water and snacks available. Super clean restrooms and personable staff. My only issue which was partly my fault: I gave my valet key. My glove box was locked so the technician couldn't change several filters as they are accessed through the glove box! Service is great! Pricing was insanely high for relatively simple repairs. Had a bolt come loose, they wanted to charge 200 to put it back on. I bought the bolt from parts and put it back on myself in two minutes. Also asked for their help to locate a possible dead rodent, said they wanted $700 to locate it. I denied, went home and found it myself in 30 seconds.
Very professional took their time to ensure the job was done correctly and not rushed! They even provided me with a vehicle to use while they worked on mine. The service writer was friendly and informative throughout the process!
I hadn't had service at Valley Hi Toyota for a few years. And it was honestly due to the long wait and disorganization. This visit was very impressive! They are organized, no standing and waiting in a line anymore. As soon as I pulled up into the drop off area, service was friendly, professional, thorough and quick, even though they were very busy. They were excellent at notifying me of the service my car needed. When I picked up my car, I was in and out of there within 5 minutes, heading home. Good job everyone! Thank you. ... read more
