Wow! We had no idea that the ceramic coating would make the truck look better than it did the day we bought it! The paint looks like glass and feels just as good. We were hesitant to add the ceramic coating at time of purchase but the finance manager cut us a deal and was pretty convincing (have never purchased add ons before until this). Not only does my wife's truck look great, its a piece of mind that the top clear coat has some extra protection to deal with the High Desert sun/heat/winds. Paid 195.00 dollars for a diagnosis of a nose at the front of my Camry. The service report stated that further diagnosis is need that would cost 7,000.00 with no idea of what was wrong for the $195.00. So, before I was told all that.... I got a call for Toyota while in their waiting area from a Sale person asking me.... if I wanted to sale my car, knowing that they had contacted the sales department... befoe calling me. Absolutely great service! First time in and it was amazing. The entire location was clean and everyone was professional. Jose in the service department did an exceptional job at ensuring my vehicle service needs were met in line with my requests and the assessment from himself and the service team. Also, a very fast turn around on the service. I felt like a priority even though the team was very busy. Highly recommend the location that is my new go to for everything Toyota!
Very happy with Jose my service advisor, appreciate the updates from the mechanic also and most of all whoever washed my car & cleaned the inside did an amazing job! She was a hot mess when I came in for her service appointment 😬 Car looking great and they took care doing it. Appreciate you all taking care of my Camry and myself yesterday.
