Very happy with Jose my service advisor, appreciate the updates from the mechanic also and most of all whoever washed my car & cleaned the inside did an amazing job! She was a hot mess when I came in for her service appointment 😬 Car looking great and they took care doing it. Appreciate you all taking care of my Camry and myself yesterday. I had my vehicle serviced at Valley Hi Toyota. While the service was completed, I was disappointed to find oily residue left on my front bumper. At first, I thought they were scratches, which was frustrating. For a dealership service department, basic attention to detail like cleaning up after the work should be standard.
This place a great! I had to go in a replace my catalytic converter on my vehicle and not only did they fix it fast, I also got a great deal as well a discounts with Toyota. The employee's were very helpful and awesome. There was 1 employee that was super helpful and made my first experience with Toyota dealership perfect. So I want to thank the employee Kim for everything. I will definitely be going back for future vehicle maintenance. Thank you Toyota dealership for everything.
