Wow! We had no idea that the ceramic coating would make the truck look better than it did the day we bought it! The paint looks like glass and feels just as good. We were hesitant to add the ceramic coating at time of purchase but the finance manager cut us a deal and was pretty convincing (have never purchased add ons before until this). Not only does my wife's truck look great, its a piece of mind that the top clear coat has some extra protection to deal with the High Desert sun/heat/winds. A+++++ Valley Hi Toyota was worth the 80 mile drive!!! I took my 2024 4runner in for a ceramic clear coat and included in that they did a full detail. Most of the Toyota dealerships in Orange County or Los Angeles don't even do clear ceramic coat. The car was 10 times better when i picked it up than when I brought it in. I came in a day earlier than my appointment time (completely my fault). I live 45 minutes away and we are expecting a lot of rain tomorrow (we live in burn areas where flooding is expected). I spoke with Kim and she got me in and had my car serviced. Great service and even better people! Merry Christmas!
Went to schedule a oil change on line. Soonest available was 1.23.01. That was not going to work. I had to travel up north. Needed it before the weekend. After texting through the service app, they were able to fit me in the next day. That made my day. 🙂
Absolutely great service! First time in and it was amazing. The entire location was clean and everyone was professional. Jose in the service department did an exceptional job at ensuring my vehicle service needs were met in line with my requests and the assessment from himself and the service team. Also, a very fast turn around on the service. I felt like a priority even though the team was very busy. Highly recommend the location that is my new go to for everything Toyota!
