Kate called me and demanded my Husbands SSN. I said no we are tricare prime active duty my husband is a chief in the navy (E7) I told her i don't give out his SSN. We are united concordia and they just needed my sons benefit number. THEN Laura called me she demanded my husbands SSN and again I said no. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at this facility. I don't write reviews, but for me to write review you have to get me very upset. I drobe 45min to get there and i arrived 20mim early because it was my first time there, so once i arrived i was carrying my son while looking for the office in the building and i finally found it after walking around for 20min and they refused to see me, because i was 3 min late... I was so upset and I left the facility and will never recommend anyone period!

Terrible customer service, No signs or directions regarding the office in huge building and on top of that I was late 3 min, because took me 20 min to find office while i was carrying my 2 year old to find the office.. the receptionist had the worst attitude and told me I was 3 min late, so i have to reschedule my appointment...I was furious and will never recommend this facility to anyone!!!
