Everyone in the Glendale office from check in, meeting with Dustin the NP, and checking out was kind and pleasant. Dustin was very thorough, listened, and even went above and beyond & helped me fill out my paperwork that I thought I had already completed online. Answers were answered immediately and the best course of action was chosen for me. 10/10 would recommend this location.

With a recent appointment at the Valley Sleep center in Glendale. I had a very unpleasant experience with the office administrator. I spoke with Sonja Austin the office administrator. She was rude and had a angry demeanor. The issue was payment. I called into your office a couple times and verified that as like any other medical offices, they check with Medicare on my (Supplemental) plan and send me a bill. While the providers are great, the "call center" is a complete joke. I have been waiting on a prior authorization for a medication since early January and it is now March. I was running out of mess and they scheduled an appt foe 4 months.. went to the place they got me in 2 days. Not the first foe this. No way to directly contact clinics or email providers with concerns. This model is awful, and I know many have complained about it. If I could give zero stars I would. I was required to have a sleep study done for reconstructive surgery. I called to make an appointment, which I was given a Zoom call. 2 mins prior to the appointment, I was required to pay a copay of 190.00. At now time before the appointment was made was this ever discussed. After my 5 min consultation it was decided I could do the study in my home and I would have to pick up the device for the study. I took my baby to see Dr. Martinez she was absolutely amazing, told us everything about the sleep study and that we could call and schedule the appointment… I’ve been trying to schedule for the sleep study but nobody answers the phone or return my calls. Unfortunately I don’t know if I can schedule in another sleep center clinic with a better customer service.
