The staff greeted me right away. They were friendly and helpful. They let me know there would be a wait. My NP was very polite and knowledgeable. She asked that a tech hang out to determine if an at home sleep study was needed in order to prevent delay in care. When she realized it wasn’t she let the tech know so he could continue his other duties. She gave me her card and let me know to call her if changes made were ineffective before next appointment. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. They Cancel appointments same day, then won’t work with your schedule to make a timely reschedule and then act like you are being unreasonable even though they canceled on you. They seem very indifferent to you as a patient and at times very rude if you express concerns. Not flexible to your schedule if you are a professional. Could care less if you have to take time off work to come in and they cancel or just decide to bump your appointment an hour with out telling you. Long w... read more
The doctor was very thorough and the entire staff was lovely to work with. Our entire family got a sleep study due to each having different sleep problems. They were able to accommodate each of us and our individual needs. I would highly recommend.
This was my first sleep study and I definitely went in hesitant. Just knowing someone would be watching me while I was sleep is a crazy idea. However, I had a really good experience. The staff was very nice and made me feel like I was at home. The facility is very clean and has the feel of a nice hotel room. Own bathroom, flat screen TV to help you relax and the bed was comfortable.
This location is very nice. The staff take good care of their patients. The building is extremely clean and nice. Technicians make sure you fully understand what they are doing and how it will be handled. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a sleep study or other apnea problems.
