Very friendly and helpful as well as courteous. Explained exactly where my unit was and explained how to get to my unit. Very pleased with how pleasant and knowledgeable the staff member was. Very clean office as well as how clean the grounds were. It shows that the staff members are very professional and very caring about how the grounds of their storage units are maintained.
This is our second time and also second d location using Self Storage Plus, first time in Inwood WV, this time I. Martinsburg WV Facilty is great, staff is amazing. Easy access, but yet secure, since make sure you rember access code to enter and exit. Its always clean of any debris, even with so much traffic in a d out daily. I highly recommend Self Storage Plus.
I had a great experience with Self Storage Plus on Delia Way. The team was extremely kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. As active duty military preparing for a move, we really appreciated how they took the time to walk us through their new military process and made sure we understood everything clearly. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free—exactly what you need during a busy move. Highly recommend this locati... read more
Rents of course went up after Valley Storage, but my biggest issue with them is I keep being billed for renter's insurance after giving them proof of coverage last month. They just did it again and will claim it can't be removed when they open again tomorrow. I have been told by another facility that state law does not require proof of renter's insurance, but I haven't researched the law on that yet. Watch your billing like a hawk I guess. There's more, but I am out of time today.
This is one the best storage experiences I've ever had! Wonderful people and clean facilities. Definitely recommend!
