Our experience with Valor Home was 100% positive. We met with Leon at our home where he explained the product and the process. He was professional and personable! We spoke with Sal over the phone and he answered questions that I had before we put down our first deposit. They’re both great to work with. Sal and all of Valor did a great job getting us a new roof. Sal personally provided me an estimate in a very responsive manner. He then proceeded to answer a ton of my questions, taking this time and explaining everything until I understood the answer and was comfortable with everything. The service was completed in one day was appreciated. Likewise the attention to answering her questions in the timely manner was much appreciated. Furthermore the thoroughness of the cleanup likewise as to not have refuse in the yard for mowing obstacles. Overall was a good experience and great customer service.
Valor Home recently replaced the roof on our home. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. We signed a contract on a Monday and the project was completed 4 days later. The project would have been finished a day earlier except for a one-day rain delay. They replaced all of the plywood, shingles and the entire gutter system. All of the Valor Homes crew were courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Valor Home for your roofing needs.
The Valor crew did a great job installing our new roof. They cleaned up everything and were very professional. I like the fact that Valor does a lot to help our veterans. In 1944 my dad spent the 19th year of his life fighting from the back of a B17 bomber. Thanks to all the folks at Valor.
