I had an excellent experience with U-Haul at Value Storage. The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very organized, which immediately made me feel confident storing my belongings there. I have rented from this facility quite a few times and am very pleased.Barbara is so pleasant and so helpful. It made the experience so much better and easier. The last time she didn't have a truck, then she helped us get one at a nearby location. She is awesome!
I would not recommend this place unless you want to be overcharged. I actually overfilled the amount of gas in their truck before returning it. I was still charged and told that it was an incorrect amount. No matter what you do they’re looking for extra money and will charge you. Find a different place unless you want to be scammed.
What an awesome experience! Moving is stressful enough, but Burt Boice Value Store It made the entire process easy. The pricing was the best around, the customer service was incredibly friendly, and the overall experience was outstanding. Burt is a true professional—highly recommend!!
Barbara was extremely nice and helpful for our quick rental that we needed to pick up a couch deliver it to my mom's house. One of those people that just puts a smile on your face!! Loved that they had a same day 10' truck available for us. Thanks guys!
