I had an excellent experience with U-Haul at Value Storage. The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very organized, which immediately made me feel confident storing my belongings there. I have rented from this facility quite a few times and am very pleased.Barbara is so pleasant and so helpful. It made the experience so much better and easier. The last time she didn't have a truck, then she helped us get one at a nearby location. She is awesome!
Barbara was extremely nice and helpful for our quick rental that we needed to pick up a couch deliver it to my mom's house. One of those people that just puts a smile on your face!! Loved that they had a same day 10' truck available for us. Thanks guys!
I always recommend our customers to them. The facilities is always clean and Barbara is a really good manager. It’s hard to find people who are easy to talk to and have great customer service. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and Third-party businesses like ours can easily connect with one another to satisfy customers
