Ken is a true professional and brings Value Store It brand to a whole new level. Every facility should be trained by him, he’s amazing, thorough, and a pleasure to speak to.
I had to come back and write a review. The manager Ken is amazing! I booked online and thought the unit I chose was big enough but it wasn’t. Ken took the time to show me a few units and was able to help me switch out units and keep my one month free special. His customer service is amazing. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am new to the area and he made me feel welcome. Just when you thought chivalry no longer exists you meet someone like Ken. Thank you Sir. Like the other reviewers noted, Ken is doing a great job here! Got a new 10x10 space online. Ken explained it's better to start the process online and Ken handled the rest like entering in the Driver's License which online process didn't upload. Ken explained clearly which types of storage (Deluxe is usually near the elevator) spaces are good and their prices and explained the no dumping rules and hours. This storage facility has a lot of hidden theft issues — don’t let the security code door and elevators fool you. I rented a unit here for over a year. The storage unit latches can be easily compromised regardless of the lock you use. The Value Protection Plan you pay for each month is also a misleading, they ignore claims and offer no real help when you need it.
