10/10 Service! Facilities are in a great location, clean, and easy to access. Equipment is available for rent and Armando was super helpful with guiding me through the rental process. Even when I was struggling with the app, he took time to come and help me with the process. Would definitely rent from here again and would recommend this service to anyone! Also, there is handicap parking and an after hours drop box in case anyone was wondering.
I have nothing but great things to say about Value Store It. Starting with the team, including Armando and Maria, they have been extremely friendly and helpful with both renting vehicles as well as storage space. After having my original 5x10 for a couple months, Armando made it really easy to upgrade to a larger space when I needed it and found one on the same floor for me to make the transition really easy. I went in to check prices at the location compared to the online pricing. Armando was very helpful and easy going. He was able to give me the on location prices and show me an open unit. When I asked about some of the online deals he didn’t hesitate to share the deals he found. It ended up being cheaper (and free month) online. So I did that. Very easy process. No pressure. Very clean facilities.
Quick and easy service! This place is super well-organized and the staff are super kind. It’s incredibly easy to make a reservation and they’re great about reaching out. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul or for those looking for storage units.
Easy to process. We were shown the unit, got all the details and were ready to ho in a reasonable amount if time. The person who processed our info was polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend going here to everyone.
