10/10 Service! Facilities are in a great location, clean, and easy to access. Equipment is available for rent and Armando was super helpful with guiding me through the rental process. Even when I was struggling with the app, he took time to come and help me with the process. Would definitely rent from here again and would recommend this service to anyone! Also, there is handicap parking and an after hours drop box in case anyone was wondering.
Maria was SO kind! She helped me get a unit to pack up my classroom today and showed me around the facility where to go, gave me a free keychain and a map and made sure my door code worked before I left. Thank you for making this process easy Maria! PS: they have complimentary rolling carts if you need one (cannot leave the facility).
Maria was really great she made the process super easy and was very patient with me changing my dates for move in. I was also able to rent a uhaul from them which made the process very easy and convenient. Storage units were clean always organized. I am very happy to have chosen this facility.
I went in to check prices at the location compared to the online pricing. Armando was very helpful and easy going. He was able to give me the on location prices and show me an open unit. When I asked about some of the online deals he didn’t hesitate to share the deals he found. It ended up being cheaper (and free month) online. So I did that. Very easy process. No pressure. Very clean facilities.
Quick and easy service! This place is super well-organized and the staff are super kind. It’s incredibly easy to make a reservation and they’re great about reaching out. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul or for those looking for storage units.
