I booked a reservation overnight, and ended up booking something that was to big for what I needed. But Lisa was such a big help. Not only did she know who I was when I walked in. She toured me and showed me a few other options to better make a decision on what I would be getting. She was extremely helpful and efficient. You honestly don’t receive great customer service now and days, but Lisa was exactly that. It was such a delight meeting her. Highly recommend this location
I had a really great experience with this storage spot in Miami. The service was honestly way better than I expected — super easy, super convenient, no stress at all. Very clean and secured storage building. I went to open an account and Lisa had me in and out in about 30 minutes. She explained everything clearly and gave me a tour to my new storage unit. Excellent customer service.
I absolutely loved working with Mayra! She was super sweet and super knowledgeable. She was very attentive with all my needs and able to show me the best units for me. Everything is clean and looks very secure which is a huge thing for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
