Gianni Bettelli was the young man who helped us, and he was extremely kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process of renting a storage unit very easy and stress-free. This is my second time using the unit, and I have had no issues. Carlos was exceptional: knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in ensuring I fully understood everything. His service was truly outstanding.
Nelson and the manager of the store were absolutely amazing! Nelson helped me out when needed to rent my storage for the first time, he gave me all the information. Alex, the manager, helped me when I needed to vacate the storage before planed
