David Rudzki in the service department was amazing. I was at work and my wife had loaded our two little kids in her GMC Yukon and had a dead battery. I called in to find out if it was covered under warranty and if he would be able to help her out quickly because she never does anything like this especially with our kids, He himself understood as he has 3 kids. He took the car in right when she got there and got us a new battery under warranty. David saved the day and made it pleasant for my wife and kids! Thank you

My review is for the service team. I have been a customer here for a ñong time and have had the best experiences with the entire service team. There are two however that I have to acknowledge...Jacob qnd Clint. They are the absolute best. Always consistent in provided the best customer service every visit. I live closest to the GMC dealership in Tempe and scheduled a visit once. But because of the excellent experiences I have encountered from this location since 2015, I go out my way to come here.
Since purchasing my 2023 Chevy Tahoe at Van Chevrolet I have been into the Service Department 2x for routine maintenance and 1issue where my vehicle was damaged by a nearby car wash. Pretty upset about the damage, I wasn't sure what to do but fortunately I spoke with Matt McMurray in the service department and he presented numerous options for me. Review Letter for Van Buick GMC in Scottsdale "Would highly recommend!" Cameron was great to work with. He did not give me the "high pressure sale" Schtick. He went above and beyond. I had bought a used Jeep; he had the process streamlined even for me having just dropped in. After I purchased the Jeep, I drove it around for a couple of days and found there was an issue.
