Can you give less than 1 star? Our family dog got tore up by a pack of dogs. Dad Sat in office with her for over an hour with her bleeding on the floor and in bad shape. While the ladies are carrying on behind the desk laughing and having a good Ole time. When my dad got upset and raised his voice to question them and ask again when this emergency would be addressed they told him he needed to leave for raising his voice. An absolute joke of an office. Shameful. Had to drive south for a real vet.

This office as well as the ffbay clinic has gone downhill quickly. Have been going there for 7 years. Do not see Crystal Gardner unless you want to be treated like an idiot and hear her talk about you when she leaves the room. Have taken all 4 of my dogs there (3 since they were 8weeks old) Took my senior lab there last week and will never be back. Do better!!

After many years of being a customer of this clinic going back to it's early days my dog was refused emergency treatment today. My dog Slick, was adopted from the clinic 7 years ago and has been a life long patient of the clinic. I consider the refusal to see him as a heartless betrayal. I'm done with this clinic and, obviously can no longer recommend it.
