Person helping me was very kind. 2hr wait for an oil change it's a little long for me. There was a coffee maker in waiting area but no coffee or cups... I take my 07 Santa Fe to northland auto pro and they have water, coffee and magazines. I come to you for certified service but as a much bigger company I would expect some basics.

Purchasing my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the purchasing process. Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and technology available and not pushy whatsoever. He was a joy to work with. The finance guy was entertaining and a pleasure to work with. Lastly, the service department has been extremely thorough and always professional when I take my vehicle in for oil changes or needed service, etc.

I'm giving a low score for the purpose of the survey and for the work done on my truck, but having the check engine light to return. I want to give Johnathan Goth a 10, for immediately trying to rectify the issue. He explained that it was late but I was encouraged to return my truck back into the service department so that the technician can look into the diagnostics further. I appreciate his willingness to fix my issue. Thanks John!!

We bought a new 2025 Trailblazer in May. I just took it in recently for an oil change & tire rotation. The service department was wonderful! Te service technician explained everything so well. We had purchased the extended warranty & he went over that with me & answered all of my questions. We have been very pleased with Van Chevrolet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

We were so impressed with our service at Van Chevrolet. From how quickly they were able to get us in and how kind everyone was, to the ease of getting a loaner while our car took a bit more time than expected. We felt cared for and like our vehicle's work was important to Van. John Huber was wonderful to work with, and kept us updated as the process went along. We will definitely be using Van in the future and would recommend John and your team to our friends and family.
