Person helping me was very kind. 2hr wait for an oil change it's a little long for me. There was a coffee maker in waiting area but no coffee or cups... I take my 07 Santa Fe to northland auto pro and they have water, coffee and magazines. I come to you for certified service but as a much bigger company I would expect some basics.

Purchasing my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the purchasing process. Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and technology available and not pushy whatsoever. He was a joy to work with. The finance guy was entertaining and a pleasure to work with. Lastly, the service department has been extremely thorough and always professional when I take my vehicle in for oil changes or needed service, etc.

My car wouldn’t start and I was visiting from 2 hours away they were very friendly and upfront. They also got my vehicle in quickly to be inspected and were quick to find the issue. The service provider who helped me was Phil balano he politely answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Overall this was one of my best experiences with resolving car troubles.

Went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was great, wait time very reasonable and the customer lounge was nice and comfortable. If you want to stretch your legs, there are plenty of new cars to look at! Highly recommend.

Carson and Xavier were the best! Easily the quickest car purchase I’ve ever done. Carson was no-nonsense and got me through the process in a snap. Xavier was a wizard with the financial part and thanks to them I was in-and-out with my purchase. Thank you gentlemen!
