My experience at Van Chevrolet’s service center was extremely disappointing. Initially, everyone was friendly, listened to my concerns, and assured me they would thoroughly inspect my vehicle and take good care of it. Hundreds of dollars worth of gear was stolen out of my truck possibly by the lot attendants that bring your vehicle to and from the service building. After raising concern and asking help from management, I was told it was basically too late for them to investigate because it happened 2 weeks earlier. Van Chevrolet service department provided amazing service when my new truck had issues. Matthew McMurray was my service advisor and him and his team were able to get me back in my truck in a week when I thought it would take a lot longer. I highly recommend Van Chevrolet for any service needs.
I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. I recently called to give them another chance and asked what my Platinum coverage includes for my truck. The representative immediately told me 'oil changes only' without even looking up my account. Had to stop in to get locking lug nuts removed from my 2500HD (didn'thave an appointment), and Ben was amazing! Told me to hop in the passenger seat "we'll knock this out". Was back heading to Discount Tire in 10 minutes...thanks for being unreasonable and taking care of me. -Tom
