Getting my 2026 Palisade serviced at this dealership was truly one of the worst and most stressful experiences. I first spoke to Bryce, who was originally very accommodated in getting my car in due to cylinder misfires and crank fast position issues. I brought my van in for service yesterday and was initially told it would take about 2 hours. The work included an oil change, tire rotation, and two recall items, none of which seemed especially complicated. However, the service ended up taking around 4 hours (from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM). I understand delays can happen, but there was no update or explanation provided while I was waiting. Better communication and a more accurate estimate would have made the experience much better. highly recommend Van Hyundai of Carrollton. Their service is truly five-star. I’ve taken multiple vehicles in for Hyundai recall services, and every time the process has been fast and efficient. They usually give me an appointment within about three days, and the work is completed the same day. This is extremely important for me because I run a small Turo fleet, so minimizing downtime is key. Their speed and reliability really help my business. Van Hyundai diagnosed my engine issue quickly and after approval from Hyundai USA replace my engine block. All up two weeks and had a sporty Tucson as a loaner during the repairs. Very good service. Good communication.
