Firstly, my review may be a bit biased due to the fact that I've had a long professional association with this company but I've also been a long-term customer as well. Even as I worked with them in the past, I would always rave about these guys. We rented a container for 8 months. Delivery was great, on time and container was in perfect condition. When they picked up the container, the ground was muddy from all the rain. There were ruts left in the ground from the heavy truck and trailer. Van Isle Containers were quick to respond and help repair that damage that was made. I would use this company again.
I found Van Isle containers to be very affordable and excellent to deal with on all levels. Their delivery service was fabulous. A special thanks to Pam!
Unfortunately, Coast Containers and its sister company Van Isle Containers have provided terrible service and product. I purchased two 40 foot high cube containers in July 2023. The seller promised they would be water tight despite me noting several welds in one containers roof. The logistics regarding delivery were poorly organized, with Coast Containers not passing the information on how to reach our site, which is without a civic address, to the trucking and crane team. Everybody on phone at office was very nice. Delivery person was good and even took time to show us how to work container doors properly.
