Wonderful service. Pam answered all my questions patiently and promptly. Once I'd decided what I wanted, the delivery happened within days. The driver was so good. He put so much care into placing the container just right and gave me detailed instructions on how to open/close the doors and what to do for locks. They also put some very sturdy shelves in for me. Such a nice group of people.
Helped us out massively when we needed it most! Faced with another company overbooking, they had our container delivered within 2 days of me contacting them! Pam Hudson exceeded every expectation we had and they were the first place we called once faced with the reality of having nowhere to work, on short notice! Thanks guys!
Exceptional staff, which gave a thorough quote and detailed coordination for the delivery of a 20' sea container. The delivery was professional with the driver displaying outstanding skills with the placement of the container. Overall an extremely professional company.
This is a great company. Friendly, competent service. Prompt response to requests. Professional and pleasant to deal with. I thought customer service was dead, but apparently not with these folks...I would be happy to recommend them if you need a storage container. They are trustworthy and know what they are doing.
Rental process was simple, delivery was very professional and container was like new. Would use again and definitely recommend.
