Wonderful service. Pam answered all my questions patiently and promptly. Once I'd decided what I wanted, the delivery happened within days. The driver was so good. He put so much care into placing the container just right and gave me detailed instructions on how to open/close the doors and what to do for locks. They also put some very sturdy shelves in for me. Such a nice group of people.
This is a great company. Friendly, competent service. Prompt response to requests. Professional and pleasant to deal with. I thought customer service was dead, but apparently not with these folks...I would be happy to recommend them if you need a storage container. They are trustworthy and know what they are doing.
Incredibly poor customer service and neither myself nor my employer will be using this company again, ever. My colleague ordered a 10' container for a construction project and gave this company a PO which I created in his absence. Another department ordered 2 10' containers on a separate order - one those containers for a project that department and I were working on together. All aspects of the rental were great. The unit arrived when promised and placed in exactly the correct spot. The driver was very calm and patient and the office staff were really pleasant. The storage unit very clean. Good job all around.
Needed a container in 24 hours and Van Isle delivered!! Placed the container exactly where we needed and they were careful to not damage our driveway. Highly recommend.
