Great service. The guys are fast and friendly. I got some coffee and a snack. The waiting room was clean and I was able to get some work done on my short wait. Bathroom was spotless. There was even a water bowl for dogs. I don't have a dog, but that's my own fault. Someday.
Aaron was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and polite, any questions he couldn't answer, he called me back right away after getting the answers. All the guys in the service dept were great and helped my daughter navigate dropping off her car for the first time. Thanks so much for making her feel comfortable!
I stopped at the service dept to ask about a warning light on the dashboard. Jarrett immediately welcomed me, checked out my car, and provided me a loaner car so they could figure out the problem and repair it without any hassle. He followed up with communication about the issue and quick responses to my messages. When I returned the loaner car and picked up my car, a young man helped me transfer items to my personal car. I was told I needed a new motor after having my car only 6 months! Luckily I had a good extended warranty and Van Subaru told me don’t worry; take a loaner and relax. I was taken care of and the whole engine swap process went without a hitch. Thanks again to everyone at Van Subaru!
I recently came in for an oil change at Van Subaru, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the service team greeted me right away, and they got my vehicle in quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi while I waited.
