Great place to service my Subaru!! Super friendly and fast. I just moved to the area and needed a new dealer for servicing and these guys are definitely it! With my maintenance plan they had me in and out. Now me and my Forester are back on the trails with rotated tires and changed oil! Thanks guys!
I went here for the first time for a broken coolant valve and was quite impressed with the staff, I had Richard Lindsey who was an incredibly helpful service advisor and really helped me with any questions I had and always picked up the phone if I needed help. He was also just a really genuine guy and really made my day a lot better. I appreciated his willingness to listen and help. Overall this place was really clean and they got my car done within 2 days. I was surprised by the price being so cheap and was very impressed!
Richard Lindsey was our service advisor and performed his duties with exceptional customer service. I have had many brands of vehicles and worked with countless advisors of which Richard is a template for how an advisor should treat a customer. He thoroughly discussed and explained each service performed and earmarked on a physical paper the order of importance for each issue needing attention. Rick was my service rep and was very upfront on the cost and what was needed. He didn't try to sell me any extras and recommend a service that was cheaper than what I requested because of the mileage. They had a backlog of people in front on me yet still was out in 2 hours. I have no complaints and will continue to use Van in my future maintenance.
Service department was courteous and prompt. Not a fan of the email request for additional findings during inspection. Personally there’s a good chance of me missing that contact attempt. Would prefer a phone call or text to discuss. For the 24k mile service price, would appreciate a bit more discussion regarding what was found whether good or otherwise. Overall good experience though.
