Great service. The guys are fast and friendly. I got some coffee and a snack. The waiting room was clean and I was able to get some work done on my short wait. Bathroom was spotless. There was even a water bowl for dogs. I don't have a dog, but that's my own fault. Someday.
Got my 60,000 mile service done during the day. Dropped off my 2020 Crosstrek at 7:00 AM with Van Subaru Dealership and got the call at 5:00 PM for pick up. BAM, just like that, finished! The wife and myself were able to take care of shopping and running errands while Van took care of business. BIG THANKS to THE TEAM for another one of many of your satisfied customer service rewards!!!
I was told I needed a new motor after having my car only 6 months! Luckily I had a good extended warranty and Van Subaru told me don’t worry; take a loaner and relax. I was taken care of and the whole engine swap process went without a hitch. Thanks again to everyone at Van Subaru!

Aaron was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and polite, any questions he couldn't answer, he called me back right away after getting the answers. All the guys in the service dept were great and helped my daughter navigate dropping off her car for the first time. Thanks so much for making her feel comfortable!
