Vanderbilt was very helpful with my situation. As long as you communicate with them, they try to do what they can to help you. The agent and the supervisor were kind and understanding. Call them and just let them know what's going on and see what can be figured out.
I am pretty much satisfied with VMF, however, I hate having to get a code almost every time I want to log into my account!!
