Vanderbilt was very helpful with my situation. As long as you communicate with them, they try to do what they can to help you. The agent and the supervisor were kind and understanding. Call them and just let them know what's going on and see what can be figured out.

Communication was great throughout the process. Your team was always so helpful when ever I had a question and they answered messages promptly. I was not impressed with the process of collecting information. I had to keep re-sending the same information several times. It seemed that the agents did not share the information Each agent wanted what the previous person asked for.
