Told me was going to give me a great deal on a 27k tx 25.8k. Except was online on the site for 25k. Thy begged me to come back. Went on other dealer ship paid 100 bucks more got a newer car with 9k miles. Boo to you. Have questions. Happy to answer them

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP,THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR I BOUGHT HAD A CLEAN CAR FAX. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN MARCH FOR $15,500 WENT TO TRADE VEHICLE IN TODAY FIND OUT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN A MAJOR COLLISION AND IS ONLY WORTH $6,000. I AM A POLICE OFFICER AND WAS IN UNIFORM THE DAY I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE AND THEY STILL LIED ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE CAR.

Quoted an internet price in writing. Then when I called to purchase the car, they had made an error and would not stand by the price they quoted! Offered $500 off "the real price" stating that was below invoice, but that still made them higher than other internet quotes. Understand mistakes can be made, but the lack of concern and integrity was not impressive. Those who display high trust, honor what they say to customers and then adjust internally to correct situations.

At first Salesperson James Bao seemed knowledgeable and showed good customer service but that soon changed once a deal was met (used car purchase). His inability to answer specific questions concerning the delay in delivering my vehicle spiraled out of control. The finance paper work was completed on the 8/17/11 and come 8/29/11 my vehicle still had not been delivered to me. The vehicle was test driven on the 17th and I noticed it pulled to the left badly and that the (2) rear tires needed to be replaced. So the staff agreed... read more

Very bad and angry manager.Dont go there and try to buy anything... total rip-off!..will pull your credit score more than once and give to 100 lenders to check which will put in your HARD-INQUIRE and guess what.... your credit score is down because of these people!!!... BAD BAD Experience...

Travelled 200 miles to get there and was told they would not honor the price. I would have to lease to get close and pay a large payment of the end of the lease. WHAT. Bought a used car. I was first told that it had a 77 point "safety" inspection, then a 127 point inspection. Where all safety features were checked and all fluids replaced. On my way home it got dark and I saw 3 warning lights on for the brake and steering assist systems. All fluids were low in the car, overfill for radiator empty, brake fluid below minimum (causing the warning lights to come on), and power steering fluid was at min cold when the car was hot, and the oil was very dirty for having just being test driven. On Wednesday, April 13, 2010, Bill Chapman, the Used Car Director quoted a price on a car my sixteen year old son found on the web dealership's page via e-mail. The dealership quoted a price $17,999 and even offered to honor the price through the weekend. My son and his mother went to the dealership the next day, looked at the car, and agreed to purchase it for $17,999. Then they filled out all the paper work and agreed to take delivery the next day. My review is simple. I knew without doubt what car I wanted and Vandergriff had a trim/color combination I was interested in. I was looking to buy within 48 hours, and didn't have a lot of time to waste. I tried to work with their internet sales mgr, Steve Morrell who offered a slightly above-average price for the car I was interested in, but then didn't call me back.
