Adolfo & everyone at Vandergriff went above and beyond to get me into my new Traverse. They treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Adolfo made sure that he kept me up to date on progress of delivery and then took time to be sure my phone was connected and I knew what all the buttons controlled. Then to top it off, I received a call the next morning to be sure I was happy with my new car and assure me if I had any questions that Vandergriff Chevrolet would be there. Madi sold me a new 2022 Camaro and she was amazing (very professional). She assisted me from the minute I walked in and let me know everything upfront. Also, Jessica in finance did an amazing job as well. Felt like talking with friends.
My Sales Girl Gabby took care of me. She went above and beyond after the sale to make sure I was taken care of. She continued to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Reggie, the sales manager was polite and professional. He made sure I received everything that was agreed upon. These two individuals made business with Vandergriff exceptional.
Salesmen like Raymond Ellis is what keeps me coming back to Vangergriff. He was EXCELLENT!
