Our advisor didn't reach out once the 4 weeks our truck was there. He lied about sending in a claim. We asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they didn't have any and we needed to wait til the repair was approved. After warranty approved repairs we still weren't given a vehicle. We spent a month paying for ride shares and other transportation. Saw my car was driven the day before he told it would be ready. Never got a call to say it was ready. This is my fourth vehicle from this dealership and their commitment to excellence is why my family and I keep coming back. With my vehicle still under warranty and a new job opportunity expressed, my vehicle was picked up one day, placed on priority the next, wrapped and finished the very next day. 2021 Chevy Camaro. Lucius Wallace. Still waiting for call about loaner for damage done to my vehicle when it was bring repaired. Had my vehicle for 2 weeks, week 1 called said nothing wrong, they looked at transmission, did not listen to what was actually wrong when I showed the lights that were on. Damian has been very helpful. The service is great. So much better than when I used to get my service done at Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie. Their service went downhill over there. If I'm going to upgrade my car, I will definitely get it done over here.
Regret getting a brand new Chevy last year. Engine light has been on several times since I got it and it’s been less than a year. They have loners but be prepared to wait MONTHS to get one. The whole reason I got a new vehicle was so that I didn’t have to struggle with it and I’ve been struggling with engine issues. It’s ridiculous. So think twice before you get a “new” Chevy.
