Our advisor didn't reach out once the 4 weeks our truck was there. He lied about sending in a claim. We asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they didn't have any and we needed to wait til the repair was approved. After warranty approved repairs we still weren't given a vehicle. We spent a month paying for ride shares and other transportation. Saw my car was driven the day before he told it would be ready. Never got a call to say it was ready. This is my fourth vehicle from this dealership and their commitment to excellence is why my family and I keep coming back. With my vehicle still under warranty and a new job opportunity expressed, my vehicle was picked up one day, placed on priority the next, wrapped and finished the very next day. I had an outstanding experience with the service department. Jason and Michael are kind, honest, and phenomenal to work with. They took the time to address all of my concerns and did an excellent job on my truck. The ladies at the service checkout were friendly, welcoming, and made the checkout process quick and easy. Josh in the parts department always goes above and beyond to help customers, and his customer service is second to none. I truly appreciate the entire team’s professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a 3:00 PM appointment, received a text confirmation, and arrived 10 minutes early, but the service advisor couldn’t even find my appointment in their system. To make matters worse, I was quoted $129 over the phone for an oil change and tire rotation package after they reviewed my service history. I had a very disappointing experience at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I scheduled an appointment with Anna to purchase a Corvette. When I arrived, Anna greeted me warmly and asked, “Are you ready to test drive it?” I replied, “Of course.” She went to get the keys, but before we could proceed, another gentleman (I didn’t get his name) stopped everything and said, “We don’t test drive Corvettes.
