Honestly I would have gave 5 stars except they are lying to their customers saying they need cabin air filter and putting fake pictures on the multi inspection report. I went straight to the parking lot pulled it out and busted them in a flat out lie. I already knew it was a lie because I just replaced it, but I pulled it out to show in my review that they are trying to scam their customers. When I pulled up it took 9 minutes for someone to come work with me. I was able to get a Lyft to work which was nice. When I came to pick up my truck that was ready, they didn’t have the paperwork at the counter and that took 7 minutes to find. I paid and waited 8 more minutes for my car to be delivered. It just feels like efficiency could be better and the service could be better. My wife has a bmw and the service there is amazing. I was needing a tire so I did the tire finder on the website, selected the tire I needed, scheduled an appointment for the tire and stated what the service was for (that I had a screw in the edge of my tire and needed the tire replaced and that I had plugged it just so I wasn’t driving with the screw in my tire) after two hours of waiting I get a text stating service was needed and that my tire is recommended to be changed so I clicked add service and the tire was more when I did that then it showed originally (almost $100 m... read more
Did Vandergriff send feedback or updates on my vehicle? No. I would have welcomed every other day, but unless I called, I NEVER received an update. Then, once I was called and was told my vehicle would be ready in the morning, it turned out that it wasn’t ready. I made plans based on Vandergriff’s “ready” message. Communication was excellent, we had an appointment with Kaden and his assistant Daniel M (DMac) , prior to the appointment we informed them of are exact needs and were not disappointed with any options shown to us at all , end result , we left home with a great deal on the truck of our dreams .
