They were very responsive and asked exactly what I was looking for due to this ad not being correct. This ad read 2019 Ford F-150 XL Super Crew LB 4WD when in fact it did NOT have a long bed, it had a short bed. I was specifically looking for a crew cab 8' bed and Vandergriff did a VERY THOROUGH SEARCH FOR ME which I was very thankful for and I think they went well above what was expected. So I think they should be given 5 STARS !!!!!!!!
So far the experience has been good. A little frustrating with negotiations being very cliche and not as much relationship building as it could have been, but main salesman was good.
