I must say, I was exceptionally surprised with the outstanding customer service from Nikki in the parts dept. She really went above and beyond to assist me in my parts warranty claim. She was also very pleasant to talk to and had a great attitude. If I need anything parts related in the future, I definitely know who I'm going to see. Thanks again Nikki. Keep up the awesome work.
I'm a first responder (fire) up in Canada and was down here visiting family & friends. I have a Ridgeline as we get snow and ice on the roads up there and I needed a few parts for the truck.
