I'm a first responder (fire) up in Canada and was down here visiting family & friends. I have a Ridgeline as we get snow and ice on the roads up there and I needed a few parts for the truck. I called around and chatted with the parts people (Bruce and Patrick) at Vandergriff Honda and they treated me with respect and kindness. I'm very impressed with their knowledge and customer service! I must say, I was exceptionally surprised with the outstanding customer service from Nikki in the parts dept. She really went above and beyond to assist me in my parts warranty claim. She was also very pleasant to talk to and had a great attitude. If I need anything parts related in the future, I definitely know who I'm going to see. Thanks again Nikki. Keep up the awesome work.
