Spent 10 hours "negotiating". Finally got the car delivered from a different dealership. Noticed theres a small chip on the hood when i got home. Wouldn't be a big deal, but its a new car. Told me they couldn't do anything for me. Bought 4 cars from vandergriff, never had such a "SOL" experience before now.
Had a really horrible experience getting my car serviced here. The dealership had my car over a month to replace the transmission. As I was driving the car home from the dealership I heard scraping under my car and sounding like rocks underneath my car. I get home and look underneath my car to see the splash shield falling off of my car... Can there be negative star rating! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. Completely incompetent. Our Hyundai Palisade has been nothing but issues since 40k miles, which is where the factory warrant would normally be out for electronics but we did buy the extended only because we were told by the finance department that Hyundai doesn't tell anyone that there supposedly great warranty does not cover anything electronic after the 3-36 warranty. The type of advisor that will look you dead in the eye and tell you that you’re supposed to get an alignment, not an alignment check, but an alignment every 5,000 to 8,000 miles then sit you in a room for 2 hours and 10 minutes waiting on an oil change with no updates.
I had purchased a brand new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. Unfortunately the screen would freeze shortly after purchase and I was not able to use my ApplyPlay. After several complaints to the service department they finally investigated the problem. I was told it was take up to 1 week to diagnose and fix the issue. I had an upcoming vacation so I arranged to leave my car there to get fixed.
