My experience was great and completely seamless. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Claire at the front desk communicated so well and followed up promptly. I was referred by a friend who has been seeing Dr. Vanek for years, and now I understand why. I had a tooth that needed immediate attention, and they scheduled me right away. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!!! I went to 3 other dental offices recently and none of them were a good fit for me. Dr. Vanek is super kind and explains everything he does. Claire is very personable and does a great job!! I’m very happy with everything at Dr Vanek’s office.
I love going to the dentist here, so much so that I drive an hour each way, because I truly believe they want the best for their patients, and that’s why I keep going back. I love the friendly staff; not only do they make you feel comfortable, but the dentists are so easy to talk to and their professionalism is unmatched. The receptionists are absolute sweethearts with the best sense of humor. It’s never a dull moment. Thank you for always making it such a wonderful experience for me and my husband.
I believe Dr Vanek recommends unnecessary or very aggressive procedures. It would be worth your time to get a second opinion. I formed this opinion after receiving a 2nd, 3rd and 4th assessment from other dentists. My initial visit felt weird like I was being sold a timeshare so I got a 2nd opinion. Later I saw 2x other dentists for unrelated reasons and also asked their opinion. Dr. Vanek is honestly the best! He’s super kind, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable the whole time. Vivian is amazing too, so friendly and gentle, and she really helps keep everything calm and easy. The office is clean, modern, and always on schedule. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore thanks to them!
