It was such a nice visit! The office was so nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.. loved Vanessa Schultz, she took the time to explain everything throughly and explain the plan they have for me. Also, the medical assistant was so very nice and helpful!
Vanessa is phenomenal. Kind, caring, patient and listens. She’s a collaborative care provider. We need more just like her. The office staff is always fantastic as well and efficient.
It was my first appointment with Vanessa. She replaced a different care team member that I had been seeing. I am most pleased with how my appointment went. I felt that she listened to me and treated me with respect. She was willing to talk to me about my medicine and recommended further MRI's.. I am so thankful that I was switched to Vanessa because I was ready to leave St. Al's. I am most greatful to the office manager for the work she did in order to get me transfered over to a caring physician.
I would give a zero if I could. After reading my long list of problems in my spine, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar (failed lumbar spine surgery that left me disabled) I was offered epidural spine injections which I refuse to have because I have had WELL over a dozen of them and not only are they extremely painful to get done they only exacerbated my pain and NEVER worked for me. Front office was amazing. The NP Schultz is who I saw and I was frustrated, she closed her eyes while talking ( I was the only one in the room so | assumed she was talking to me) either her eyes were closed or she was fluttering her eye. Not sure she ever made eye contact? I hope this doesn't affect my care at the office & I hoping I can see A different person after my MRI. Stacey
