My office has been using Vanguard for many years. John is our service provider and he is exceptional, not just with his work but with his communication. He keeps a notebook and lets us know which items are running low and if he notices any issues with the building. Casey and Cindy are also great. 15/10 would recommend!

We've just changed over from our last service that was just...ok. After a week of service we have seen a tremendous change in the appearance of our office and clients have noticed the difference as well. A clean office is a productive office. Our carpets are clean, our cobwebs are gone, and they even clean the HVAC vents! Totally glad we made the change to Vanguard!
