I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I had a very pleasant experience at my first visit with Dr. Van and her staff. everyone was friendly and efficient and I am excited to get my dental health back on track with their help.
Dr Van and her staff are so wonderful and thoughtful in all they do! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly and outgoing front desk team to when you go back with the hygienist and then meet with Dr Van - it’s truly a great dental experience with people that strive to get to know you and listen to your thoughts and concerns and address each with well considered thoughts and options. I can’t recommend this practice enough!
Dr. Van, Thank you and your team for their professionalism. Easy parking, having the paperwork in order, running on time, being easy to communicate with -- these are all things that make a big difference to someone like me with a busy schedule. I had an very nice overall experience with Dr. Nicole Van and her team of professionals yesterday. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by her warm and friendly staff, I felt like I was treated like a VIP and was entering a spa-like treatment center. Cari, my hygienist was extremely thorough and explained everything to me as I had pictures of each tooth taken.
