Easy to work with. No problems with contacting Vantex for questions, refinancing and loan extensions. However, the loan servicer FCI was very problematic and picky, so I had to document check payments via US post office postmark so they would credit properly. This loan was in probate. So the process could have been different than what other experienced.
Working with Mike at Vantex Capital Group was a wonderful experience. From application to close the entire process was under 10 calendar days. And the rate and fees were exactly what Mike said, with no surprises. And so was the entire process; just exactly as he told me. My clients also told me that Mike was very professional, very honest, and that they liked him as well. I am extremely satisfied with Mike and with Vantex, and highly recommend them.
