I’m writing this review with great excitement and joy, as it has been an absolute honor to do business with Mike and the Vantex Group. I first reached out to Mike in late May of this year, and by June, we had the house closed. After remodeling in July, the property sold in just 10 days, and we closed today, August 23, 2024. Easy to work with. No problems with contacting Vantex for questions, refinancing and loan extensions. However, the loan servicer FCI was very problematic and picky, so I had to document check payments via US post office postmark so they would credit properly. This loan was in probate. So the process could have been different than what other experienced.
