I had a very positive experience with Mike Zweig at Vantex. My wife and I are downsizing by selling our house in Santa Monica that we've had for forty years, but we found a condo in the meantime, and needed a consumer loan for six figures quickly to buy the condo. Mike Zweig at Vantex is one of the good guys in the private money business. So many private money guys think they own the world and charge ridiculous fee's and rates and are unwilling to negotiate at all. I probably went to 10 companies before I found Vantex. I told Mike what rate I needed, and what points I was willing to pay, and he got it for me. A short time ago I was trying to buy a small house to downsize from a larger home that I could no longer afford.
