Great experience renting jeeps from Varlack 2 weeks ago. The check in process was so smooth and quick, that allowed us to get to the beach on our first day! Pleasant staff! See you next time.
I would give Veralack rentals. A 10 out of 10. Our flight was late and the lady waiting on us. Stayed an extra hour late she was so pleasant. Couldn't say enough good things about them and/or the vehicle. Thank you.
We rented a 2 door jeep for our week’s stay in St. John. It was seamless and easy. They were reasonably priced and did not gouge on any additional charges. They offer free parking on their sidewalk property which came in handy a few times. They also kept the car for us a day that we spent on the water. They were very easy to work with, friendly and I would rent with them again.
Scummy company. We had been taking the ferry to St John for years, but on thus last trip they suddenly required us to pay for additional bags, including one thst was very small, but had wheels. Will be looking for alternative ferries, but until then, the deck hands will be getting reduced tips from me and my family to offset what I consider an outrageous "overcharge". We rented a jeep at a reasonable price, no issues with the vehicle. The staff was great to deal with at all points of the transaction, from reservation to return.
